Preface

There will be important info here, so I ask that you don't skip it.

With this section I intend to give a preface and disclaimer about how my art commissions will work. It will also act as a slight guide for commissioning me.

1. Ko-Fi and Payment

Currently, I am only able to take payments through Ko-Fi, please do not ask to pay through any other means.
The cost of the comission will be calculated in AUD (Australian Dollars), and will follow conversion for other currencies.
After the commission has been accepted, you will pay 50% up front, then the final 50% when the commission is complete.

! Do NOT pay before the commission has been fully accepted by me !

2. No Refunds Past Sketch

When I have completed the sketching phase of the drawing, I will send the sketch to you for confirmation. Once confirmed, there will be NO REFUNDS.
You will be allowed to make changes to the drawing past the point of sketching, but I am allowed to refuse changes that I deem as too major.

3. Form and Email

I have a google form set up where you can provide all the information I need to start the commission. This is a required part of the process!
All communication about the commission will be done through Email. Once the form has been filled out, I will send you an email when I am available to accept or ask more about the commission.

4. Provide a Reference

I cannot draw for you without a provided reference! I expect you to provide atleast one image of the character/thing you want me to draw.
Preferably, you will provide me with multiple references, including character, pose, facial expression, and other such things needed for the art.

5. Slots and Waiting

I have 10 slots in total that can be open for commissions. If all slots are closed at the same time, then I cannot accept another commission until another is finished.
If you send in a request while all 10 slots are taken, I may not be able to take your commission.
If you don't hear back from me after submitting a form, please wait until there are open slots and try again.

6. For Personal Use Only!

At the moment, these commissions are NOT for commercial use, this means they should not be used for things that will be sold.
Things you can do with artworks commissioned from me are things like using them as profile pictures, uploading them on social media, printing it out, etc.

Commission Rules

Commission Types

There are 2 main types of commissions that I do
1. 500x500 Pixel Profile Picture Headshots
2. Large Portraits (Maximum 2000x2000 pixels)
Large portraits are split further into 3 subcategories, Lineart, Flat Colour, and Fully Rendered

500x500 Headshots

These are meant to be small pieces of artwork, easy to use as a profile picture. They display the character from either the neck or chest area upwards.
These artworks will be provided coloured and rendered.
The standard rate for a 500x500 Headshot is $25 AUD.

Portraits

Portraits a larger pieces of artwork, which allow for more dynamic posing and more of the character to be shown. Because of this, they take more time and therefore cost more.
Portraits are split into 3 different types:
Lineart: If you commission just lineart, you will get the drawing as it is uncoloured.
Lineart costs a standard rate of $40 AUD.
Flat Colour: Flat colour commissions will be fully coloured in, but they will have little-to-no rendering, and no background.
Flat Colour commissions on average cost $50 AUD.
Fully Rendered: A fully rendered commission comes in full colour, full rendering, and is provided with a background.
Fully Rendered commissions on average cost $60 AUD.

Extra Fees

Depending on the contents of the drawing, extra fees may apply. These fees are calculated in percentage, so they apply directly to the type of drawing being commissioned.

This outlines what I am able/unable to draw, or what I'm willing/unwilling to draw.
I can refuse any commission if I don't feel comfortable drawing it.
